The day has finally come ! It’s about time I knocked this thing on the head. You will have seen over the last few updates that my interest in LiveJasmin has been growing less and less, but for no bad reason though. It’s just time to move on. And as a result, why keep filling up these pages with mindless crap, haha. Rather than take the site down entirely, I’ll leave Addicted2Jas here to collect dust until such time as the hosting runs out, or it gets hacked (again!) or some shit like this.

Yea, that’s meAs for being online myself, well that’s taken a turn recently too, and I’ll be online less than I am already, if that’s even possible. It’s been a lot of fun, and, like I’ve said before, if I hadn’t registered my own Performer Account, then there are places I just wouldn’t have been to and people I wouldn’t have known. No regrets at all. I guess I’ve been pretty lucky.

Addicted2Jas will not return. Have fun and be good ;-)

Geez, it’s been a while since I posted anything here. I’ve not done much in the way of checking out the babes on LiveJasmin and as a result, there’s not a lot to share here on Addicted2Jas ! I have been browsing around now and then but way less than I use to. I guess my favourite babes will have forgotten who I am by now, lol. But hey, my mind has been elsewhere, which is a good thing ;-)

Here’s a little history for you: I signed up as a Member about 2 years ago, enjoyed stints as a TopMember on regular occasions, became an AWE affiliate around December and this site was online in January 2007. I signed up as a Performer around July last year. The last few months I’ve been spending more time online as a host myself than checking out the Free Chat and Private rooms. I get on there maybe a few hours a week at most. It’s certainly interesting. I still have another $16 to earn though before I reach my first payout as a Performer. I guess if I’m lucky, I’ll get there in time for Christmas, hahaha.

But anyway - quick overview of some of the news from the dudes at LiveJasmin: they lowered the max price per minute that Performers can choose to charge from 5,5 to 3,99 credits per minute. I said my views on that a few updates ago. Members can change their password, should they wish to do so by contacting Support as necessary. Apparently this couldn’t be done previously, but I never thought about changing mine, but perhaps now I will. It makes sense to !

Click2PayThe crew have also introduced another new payment option via Click2Pay, making it even more easier for current, and potential members to purchase Credits to enjoy on their favourite live video chat site. I will have to read up on that a bit more. It’s good that we’re seeing more payment options available, it can only be a good thing for the Members.

Sort by…The way Performers are listed can be changed - they’ve introduced Most Popular (based on the ratings given my Members), Newest Performers, Alphabetical and the ‘Classic‘ view, which lists them how they were before. I’ll be sticking with the Classic.

Addicted2Jas gives another thumbs-up for the continued development of the site ;-)

There was also a news update encouraging Members to avoid sharing personal shit with Performers. “Please do follow these guidelines to avoid any malicious action against you”, they say. Too right, I reckon. I’ve always tried to be very cautious and I’m sure plenty of others are too, but the exchange of information between Members and Performers ‘outside of LiveJasmin’ also has and always will take place. Addicted2Jas reckons something has gone down and it’s prompted the dudes to put this message out. It’s sad to think about some of the stuff that does happen relating to the cam-world and its community, regardless of what site it is. But hey, that’s life.

1st Aug 2008 - Taking a Break part 3

Another week nearly over with and we’re into August already ! My head has been spinning lately though, I dunno what’s up with me. I just need a break …

You know how much I like accents, well really like  German accents. Don’t ask why, I don’t understand it myself, lol. I haven’t really come across many Germans on LiveJasmin though. Maybe I just haven’t been looking hard enough. I’ll just have to make do with chatting with a couple of Hungarian babes I know, hehe.

I mentioned the Fetish category a few months back, and I’ve been meaning to check out some of the Performers. So OK, the whole Fetish thing isn’t really my cup o’ tea, but take away the leather and the whips and the funky make-up and stuff, and there are some pretty hot babes there - I will have to take care not to get trapped in their dungeon !

I also mentioned the Matures category not long ago. I still haven’t got round to checking out that old dear I mentioned. I’ve always had a thing for older women, but maybe this is going a bit too far, LOL. I really should pay her a visit, just for the experience. I’m too curious not to !

Might just be me, but I’ve noticed way more of those Latina hotties appearing on the first page of the Girls section. It’s not a bad thing of course! There was one girl I use to love chatting to because she had the loveliest smile. There were some communication issues because her English wasn’t great and I can’t speak her language, but it didn’t matter because she just made me smile too :-)

Damn, I need to work out more. Let’s just make this clear - I’m not gay, but geez, there are plenty good looking hunky dudes strutting their stuff on LiveJasmin. If I looked even half as good as some of those guys, I’d be happy, hahaha.

Now that it’s Summer and the weather has been good, I’ve been relaxing away from the PC a bit more. I’m gonna be putting the updates on hold for a while. But who knows what’ll happen. Watch this space - Addicted2Jas will return !

Oops! Gotta get my Faves back….Wow, another week is over with, and another about to start.  Time is flying by ! The weather has been nice here for a change, so I’ve been away from the PC and hardly checked out LiveJasmin at all. Here’s the proof ! My Faves list is unavailable because I just haven’t been spending any time or Credits there. Oops ! As a result, I have fuck-all to say here on Addicted2Jas, lol.

I am keeping tabs on the Community Forum though and there’s a few interesting topics there. One of them was about the possibility of attaching an image when you send a message to a Performer. Some Members of course would like to send a picture to their favourite chat hosts, regardless of using a webcam during Private chat. I reckon the dudes at LiveJasmin should consider (if they haven’t done so already), something along the lines of a ‘Member Profile’, where they can, if they choose to, put some details up and a photo maybe. I guess they already have this in a way with the Forum now (you can put an avatar up and signature and all the usual stuff) but maybe it’s not the most appropriate place.

Maybe it’s the Summer, or it could be something else, but I’m spending way less time on LiveJasmin lately. Maybe it’s a good thing. This weekend I’ve got a little burnt in places after making good use of the gorgeous weather - if only I had me an Eastern European babe to rub  some lotion in to my sensitive areas, hahaha ! Oh well, I guess I just have to dream …

News from the DudesThe dudes at LiveJasmin have reduced the maximum price per minute that Performers can choose to charge for Private chat from 5,5 credits to 3,99 credits per minute. To be honest, I doubt there are very many chat hosts who did regularly charge the full 5,5 anyway, but those that did - and perhaps didn’t see many Members engaging in Private because of it - should hopefully see some more action.

I reckon there are plenty of LiveJasmin Performers who spend a lot of time in Free chat and don’t get the Privates because, in the minds of the Members, they are just charging too much. If they would only try reducing the charge and see what happens … I have no doubt they’d get far more Private time as a result of it. I guess it’s a bit of  a gamble in a way, and who knows how often it pays off for them.

But anyway, considering the majority of Performers currently charge 1,99 / 2,49 / 2,99 anyway, this update is really only going to affect the Performers who, for whatever reason ( and there are a couple I can think of ), charge full whack.

Performer Watch: I didn’t log into my Performer accout and get online this weekend to acknowledge my ‘First Birthday’ like I thought I would, not that anyone would have noticed… well, maybe one or two people. So, I’ll have to wait a bit longer for my chance to reach that magic pay-out target, haha. Next update will be towards the end of the week. Geez, things have been slowing down a bit lately, which is why I’ve been slacking with these updates. My Performer History list has never been so empty, and I don’t have anything to write about, lol ! Maybe I’m just being a bit smarter with my Credits, which can only be a good thing ;-)

As you will know, I do like brunettes ( although, I do have a thing for a certain redhead at the moment ) and there are a few cracking brunettes on my list-of-babes-to-see, including the babe pictured below. Whether I get round to it at this rate is another matter.

Wow, that’s nice !Oh my goodness, check this out! That’s a pretty fine backside. Can you guess who it belongs too? Good enough even to rival A2J’s fave rears vipersexlove and HoneyLove I reckon!

I will be updating the A2J Fave Models (Girls Category) lists and A2J Specials pages soon with some more funnies and other random stuff, if I can actually get off my ass and do it, so watch this space !

Performer Watch: As well as hardly checking out the babes on Jasmin lately, I’ve not been online very much myself. It’s been cool though getting on cam when the mood takes me and having a few regulars stopping by to say Hi. And WTF, I think I’m actually close to getting to my first payout from Jasmin for it, LOL ! I have to thank a bunch of people for the Credits they’re spending on me, haha. Good timing though, as it was just about a year ago I went through the registration process and had my first taste of what it was like to be online as a LiveJasmin Performer. I guess I should do something just to acknowledge it, but we’ll wait and see …
